"The government and members of the LegCo will have the capabilities to concentrate on solving the real issue of Hong Kong, rather than fight on the political struggle", said Fabrizio Goldoni, an Italian expat who has been living in Hong Kong since 1993.

Fabrizio Goldoni now works as the manager in an investment company. In 1993, he accepted an offer to work in Hong Kong, and since then has been staying here. On arriving in this city, the businessman was impressed by the efficient environment for setting up companies and Hong Kong's ability to attract talent.

However, in the last few years, too many people have dedicated themselves to destructive activities. Now, with the national security law, he believes the political fight will terminate; people can live a peaceful life and dedicate their time to their job or whatever else they like.

As for Hong Kong's future, Goldoni emphasized confidence while the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is becoming the attraction area for high-value business. Moreover, with the strong development of Shenzhen, he moved more operation to this adjacent city. “We are integrated in the GBA, and will see a very substantial amount of business coming.”
